Online:

1. Login to your account here
2. Select “subscriptions”
3. Enter your new donation amount in the section that says “update monthly amount”
4. Click “update amount” to save

Text:

1. To increase your recurring donation through Text-to-Give, please text “recurring” to 28950

Other:

1. If your monthly partnership is not online or you signed up to partner by mail, phone, or any other method, please call our team for assistance on 1-877-661-8736, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm Central Standard Time (CST).
2. You may also email us at customer.service@terri.com (please don’t send any credit card numbers by email).
