No. However, you can pause the event and resume playing when ready.

You can use a video cable to send the video signal to your TV. You can also cast using Apple TV or Google Chromecast, but please note that this may slow your connection speed. (Instructions on how to use Apple TV or Google Chromecast.)

The virtual event will be on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Terri.com.

  • Ensure you have clicked the Play button on the Watch Page
  • Try refreshing the video by clicking the “Refresh Video” under the player
  • Ensure your computer is connected to the internet by visiting another website you know works.
  • Ensure your internet browser is up to date.
  • We recommend using Chrome or Firefox
  • Refresh the webpage and try again. Remember to click the Play button on the video player on the Watch Page.
  • Ensure the audio on the web stream player is at 100%, your computer audio is not muted, and your speakers are turned up.
  • If on a laptop or desktop computer, unplug the video and audio cables to see if sound will play directly from your computer’s speakers. If on a phone or tablet, play a video on your device to see if sound will play directly from the device’s speakers. This will ensure that the audio from the web stream is working.

Yes, CC will be provided for the replay video immediately after the live event has ended.

  • Not during the live access event, but you will be able to later when watching the replay.

  • We recommend a minimum internet connection speed of 10 Mbps. Check your internet connection speed by visiting http://fast.com
  • It might help to limit the internet use of other devices (phones, tablets, computers, etc.) while live streaming the Virtual Event. Do not start large downloads or uploads while streaming, and only have one internet tab open on the computer you are using for the live stream.
  • Ensure you have clicked the Play button on the video player.
  • You can try refreshing the video by clicking “Refresh Video” under the player on the right-bottom corner.
  • Ensure your computer is connected to the internet by visiting another website that you know works.
  • Ensure your internet browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) is up to date. You may check your browser version by visiting whatismybrowser.com
  • Refresh the webpage and try again. Be sure to click the Play button on the video player.
  • If you are still having issues, lower the bitrate of the stream: Access the Settings menu by hovering over the player and clicking on the Settings menu by hovering over the player and clicking on the gear icon. You will see a menu that says “Quality.” Select a lower bitrate to improve your viewing experience.
  • If you are still experiencing issues after completing the steps above, try using a different browser (we recommend Chrome or Firefox) or use a different device.

Important ICING Washington D.C. update from our CEO:

I want to reach out to you regarding a change to our ICING Washington D.C. women’s event scheduled for October 20-21.
Recently, we were made aware that we would not be able to use the venue we had secured for ICING DC. There was an error in their system and they accidentally double-booked us with another event.
Since then, we have contacted 41 other hotels and venues to look at keeping our original ICING DC dates, but it has become evident that is not a viable option. Even if we were to find an available venue, at this point, there simply isn’t the time to replan everything needed to make it happen effectively.
The new ICING DC dates have been set for June 28-29, 2024, and we are working diligently to make it an even more memorable and exciting experience.
Here are some important details regarding this change:
  • ICING DC: June 28-29, 2024
  • Venue: Capital Turnaround
  • Address: 770 M Street Southeast, Washington, DC 20003
  • Tickets: Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, please see additional information below.
We understand that this change may impact your travel plans. If you have already purchased airline tickets or booked hotel accommodations, we recommend that you contact your respective travel and lodging providers to inquire about their policies regarding date changes or cancellations. While we cannot directly assist with these arrangements, we hope that many providers will be accommodating.
For ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled date, there are three options:
  1. You can switch your ticket to a livestream ticket (and get replay access).
  2. You can convert your ticket to a donation to the ministry.
  3. You can cancel your ticket for a refund.

This is the first time in 13 years something like this has happened. I apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding.
I’m choosing to believe that God has something even better in store for you and those that need to be at ICING DC. He is currently in the process of working everything out for your good. The devil does not want this event to happen and thinks he is doing something to harm us, but I trust that God is turning it around.
Even now, we are taking our stand and we will see the GRAND thing the Lord is going to do before our eyes! (see 2 Samuel 12:16)
