What time:
The Pink Room reception opens at 5:45 p.m. on Friday evening only (Dallas: March 20 and London: June 19). Be sure to be on time so you don’t miss out on an opportunity to get a picture with Terri! (Note: it will conclude at approximately 6:40 p.m.)
 
Where is it located: 
Upon arrival and check-in at registration, you will see clearly marked signs saying “Pink Room.” Follow the signs to the Pink Room entrance. You may also ask any of the staff or volunteers, and they will help assist you.  
 
Important to know:
You must have your lanyard to enter the Pink Room reception, to access reserved seating in the auditorium, and for admission over the weekend.
